Here is a detailed product description for the Dahlia Happy Halloween Tubers:
Bring a vibrant splash of fall color to your garden with our Dahlia Happy Halloween Tubers. These dahlia tubers produce gorgeous pompon-style blooms in a vivid, pumpkin orange hue that evokes the spooky fun of the Halloween season.
The fully double flowers feature tightly curved petals that form perfect spheres, resembling cute little pumpkins sitting atop sturdy stems. Blooms are medium-sized, about 3-4 inches in diameter, and are produced abundantly from mid-summer through fall. The rich orange color is brilliant and eye-catching, perfect for adding a festive pop to your autumn displays.
Plants grow 3-4 feet tall with an upright, bushy habit and attractive dark green foliage that provides the ideal backdrop to showcase the blooms. They make outstanding cut flowers for Halloween bouquets and arrangements. Pollinators like bees and butterflies also love visiting the bold, nectar-rich blossoms.
Dahlias are tender perennials in zones 8-10 but can be grown as annuals in colder climates. They prefer full sun and well-draining soil. Plant tubers after last spring frost with the growing tips facing up, about 6 inches deep and 18-24 inches apart. Stake plants as they grow taller. In colder zones, lift and store tubers indoors over winter.
With their vivid pumpkin color, abundant blooms, and holiday theme, our Dahlia Happy Halloween Tubers are an irresistible choice for your garden. Plant a patch and enjoy months of these charming, perfectly round pompon flowers to celebrate the Halloween season in botanical style.
