Refund and Returns Policy

If your item arrives damaged or was incorrectly supplied, please contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to discuss the return and arrange a replacement for you. Once we confirm your damaged item is on its way back to us, we’ll refund your return postage costs.

For unwanted items or items that don’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to return them at your own cost. Please note that we can only accept seed returns within 7 days of delivery, 14 days for other items.

When returning any items, please ensure you:
• Pack everything securely (using original packaging where possible)
• Include your full name and order number with the parcel
• Use a tracked delivery service

We recommend using Royal Mail tracked service or a courier to ensure safe delivery back to us. This helps us process your return more quickly and keeps your items protected during transit.
