Postage / Delivery
Yarrow Gardens aim to have your order with you in fastest time possible and safest method of transport. Dependent on the parcel size and geographical destination in mind with will select the most suitable courier.
You are welcome to collect any times from our nursery in Euxton, Lancashire. Please contact us to arrange a suitable date and time.
Seeds / Tubers
We generally send seeds out via Royal Mail Second Class. It’s the safest and easiest way to deliver seeds.
Young Trees & Small Plants
Young trees (Less than 1.2m) will be sent via Evri
Larger quantities of young trees will be sent via Parcel Force.
Large Trees
Larger trees (About 1.2m – 2m) will be sent via Parcel Force.
Huge Trees
Some of our huge trees are too tall to be sent via a courier. They are generally only available for collection from our nursery or local delivery. This will be shown on the individual product page.

Environment
We aim to post all our items in packaging that is compostable at home, this includes the box, the labelling and the tape. Occasionally we will send your items out in reused boxes to keep our footprint as low as possible.
If your item arrives in a plastic pot, please consider reusing the pot or passing it on to someone who will reuse it.
Weather
Occasionally we suspend shipping of our trees if the weather is too hot or too cold. If this is the case we will contact you and confirm this at the time.
Days we post
We generally post out Monday – Thursday. We don’t post out on Fridays or weekends to avoid your trees being sat in a courier depot all weekend.
Expedited postage
If you need your items next day, please contact us before noon and we can try to accommodate your requirements.
International postage
Sorry, we generally do not post internationally. Please contact us to discuss options that may be available.
