Redbud Trees

Cercis, also known as the redbud tree, is a delightful addition to any garden. With two main species, Cercis canadensis and Cercis chinensis, these trees offer a stunning display of vibrant pink or purple flowers in spring before their heart-shaped leaves emerge. The eastern redbud, C. canadensis, is native to eastern North America, while the Chinese redbud, C. chinensis, hails from central and southern China.
